Abstrak

This study aims to examine the implementation of project based learning of Akidah Akhlak at SDIT Adz-Dzikro Abung Selatan, North Lampung. Project based learning was chosen as an alternative to replace the theoretical and memorization approaches that have dominated the Akidah Akhlak subject. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of this method has been carefully designed through the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) and has succeeded in creating a more lively, interactive classroom atmosphere, and increasing active student involvement. The main project in the form of making "Akhlak Cards" encourages students to understand, internalize, and apply moral values ​​such as honesty, patience, discipline, and mutual assistance in everyday life. Teachers play a role not only as material deliverers, but also as role models and moral guides. Findings from observations, interviews, and documentation show significant improvements in students' cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. This project has succeeded in fostering a sense of responsibility, creativity, and a deep understanding of Islamic moral values. Thus, the PjBL model is an effective strategy in improving the quality of Akidah Akhlak learning in elementary schools.
