Peran Komunikasi dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan di Era Digital

The digital era has brought about a major transformation in the world of education, where communication technology plays a central role in supporting the learning process. This article aims to examine how digital communication can improve the quality of education, while identifying relevant challenges and strategies in the information age. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through literature study, this study explores educational communication theory, implementation of learning technology, and strategic approaches that can be applied by teachers and educational institutions. The results of the study indicate that effective communication through technology can create more flexible, inclusive, and interactive learning. However, challenges such as the digital divide and lack of technology training for educators need to be addressed through training strategies, multi-platform integration, a humanistic approach, and collaborative support from all stakeholders. This article recommends the need for adaptive education policies and ongoing training to optimize the role of communication in improving the quality of education in the digital era.
